Refreshed and Rejuvenated!
Hands down, one of the best massages I've ever had. I'm not someone who is easily relaxed, yet Tamar not only had my whole body relaxed, but my mind as well. I could literally feel all pain, tension, stress leave my body. I won't be going long in between massage appointments, that's for sure. Tamar's approach to massage is more than just getting kinks out of your muscles. It's personal. She has the ability to sense exactly what a client's body and mind needs. You leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

Made me a Believer
In April I underwent surgery on my shoulder. Following surgery my doctor recommended a physical therapy program to aid me in rehabilitating my shoulder. After a few weeks of this I read an article on the use of massage therapy as an aid to progress my healing. That is when a friend recommended Tamar at Inner Truth to me. Upon meeting Tamar I was very impressed with her knowledge of my injury and her path to assist me moving forward. Along with my physical therapy, the massage sessions GREATLY increased my flexibility and my progression to allow me to heal faster. Tamar's knowledge and skills and most of all her dedication have made me a believer that the process works! I was able to get back to work sooner than my doctor first estimated. I would highly recommend the services of Inner Truth Massage not only for rehab but for just feeling better!

Fantastic Experience
A true treasure for Portsmouth, I had a great experience with Inner Truth Massage and specifically with Amy. She is incredibly professional, knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. I have little massage experience, but I felt right at home at ITM. The facility was very comfortable. Being able to book online is a great feature. Highly recommend.
